works quite well...I found that i needed to purchase a 1/4" x20 to 3/8"x16 adapter in order to attach mounting post...works as advertised..highly recommended...jo'c

Replace your old UBM Mounting Post or get a second one for another tripod. (One UBM Mounting Post comes with each UBM).
