Shipping policy

We cannot accept orders that utilize a Freight Forwarding Service. 

We ship with common carriers such as UPS, FedEx & USPS.  Although shipping options may be present for the customer to select at checkout we reserve the right to choose a different carrier that may be more cost effective or more suited to the delivery based on the customer location.

Although we do our best to ship products in a timely manner, sometimes there will be delays due to work load and vendor delivery schedules.  In that event that your order may be signficantly delayed we will reach out to the customer to let them know that status of thier order and agree on a plan to  fill the order.

We cannot be responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors made by the carrier.  We reccoment that the customer monitor their incoming shipment using the tracking number that we provide at the time of shipment (via email).  Please note that delivery service carriers do not always update the status of tracking numbers as quickly as we would prefer, especially during holiday periods.

We cannot be responsible for theft of the delivered product(s) due to "porch pirate theft".  It is up to the customer to have a secure delivery site for package delivery.  If the customer  has doubts about their ability to securly receive their order deliveries, modified delivery options are usually available from the delivery carrier's web site using the tracking number that we provide (via email) to the customer at time of shipment.

For International Orders, the website will calculate shipping, but please understand that you are responsible for paying any import fees, duties, taxes, and additional shipping fees tacked on at your destination. Often these are not on your CXB invoice, as we don’t know about them. 

If you specify a carrier or shipping method that you prefer, we will do our best to honor your request. We do our best to select the fastest and least expensive shipping method, but we don’t always know about additional charges that are tacked on at your destination. Again, we can’t accept orders that utilize a Freight Forwarding Service and we will cancel the order.
