The Farpoint Dovetail Saddle — Puck Adapter EQ6 is a 7″ D-size (Losmandy-style) dovetail saddle with a built-in EQ6 “puck” adapter. If your mount uses the EQ6-style puck interface, this saddle bolts on and upgrades it to clamp full D-size dovetail bars — machined from sturdy aluminum with a black anodized finish.

What is the EQ6 puck adapter?
EQ6-style mounts attach their saddle through a round “puck” interface on the mount head. This saddle has that puck adapter built in, so it bolts onto the EQ6-style interface and upgrades the mount to clamp full D-size (Losmandy-style) dovetail bars.
What dovetail bars does it clamp?
