Poor customer service and lack of Quality Assurance Program

When can I receive the 7" saddle I placed ordered at least 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago ? I received the wrong item 7-8 days ago and I contacted your company within 30 minutes I got the wrong item (by e-mail and phone). Your company obviously completely lack of Quality Assurance program (such as ISO 9000) in dealing with customers' orders and complaints. I certainly will not recommend anybody to your company.
