Safely transport your telescope with JMI Telescope Carrying Case - Meade LX200 12 Inch/RCX 10 Inch. Made with heavy-duty ABS plastic, this JMI Carrying Case includes crush-resistant die-cut foam contoured to safely hold telescopes during transport. Protects expensive telescope equipment while making it easier to transport from one location to another. Features retractable handles and wheels for ease of lifting and transport.
Includes six latches (four lockable) for the removable cover (no hinge), two folding handle bars, four steel-reinforced handles and die-cut foam lining with compartments for telescope, eyepieces, and finder scope (finder must be removed from the telescope and placed in the case) and accessories. The focuser does not need to be removed before installation.
The top of this case is not hinged. It must be removed completely to insert or remove the telescope. The case is designed to be maneuvered like a wheelbarrow with the two retractable handle bars and two 10″ pneumatic wheels. Installation of the wheels and support rails is easy and requires two 7/16″ wrenches (or two crescent wrenches). This case is compatible with Peterson ergonomic Get-A-Grip handles.
