Machined of sturdy aluminum with a black anodized finish, this 17.25″ Vixen-style (V-size) dovetail bar is compatible with the Celestron 11″ SCT Optical Tube Assembly. Radius blocks and mounting screws are included — everything needed to bolt the bar to your tube. CNC-machined in the USA.

What does this kit do?
It gives your Celestron 11″ SCT a Vixen-style (V-size) dovetail interface so the tube drops into any V-size saddle. The radius blocks match the bar to the tube's curvature, and the mounting screws are included. The bar drawing shows the hole pattern and measurements.
Is an armored version available for the C11?
Not currently — the Armored Strip versions in the Vixen lineup cover the Celestron 8″ and 9.25″ and the Meade tubes. If your saddle clamps with a set screw and you want armor on a C11 bar, email us.
What mounts will this work with?
Any mount with a Vixen-style (V-size) saddle. For a tube as large as the C11 on a heavy-duty mount, also consider our D-size (Losmandy-style) kits — the larger standard is often preferred at this payload.
