Focusing is made easy with JMI MotoFocus- GSO Crayford Focusers - Config. 2. MotoFocus is a battery operated hand control with an electric focus motor that attaches to the shaft of a focuser knob (or the knob itself) for precise, vibration-free focusing at high power without the need to touch the telescope.
MotoFocus is great for visual and photographic use and features variable speed for coarse and fine adjustments. Precise positioning is accomplished through electronic braking. Mounting is easy and requires no drilling or tapping.
GSO Crayford Focuser Configuration Two has a focuser tension screw above (not directly in line with) the drive shaft and a brake tension screw below the drive shaft (see photo).
Includes JMI hand unit. Does not include Microfocuser.
Compatible with GSO/William Optics Early Version Crayford Focuser w/o Microfocuser, Meade LightBridge Single-speed Crayford Focuser.
The GSO and William Optics 2″ Crayford focusers are available for SCT, Refractor and Newtonian telescopes.
