Not a honest business. First off I had questions about my order before I placed it so I used the “ask a question” tool on the site, after a week no response, then I called, the person that answered said no one was available so they put in a call back request, nobody called me back. So regretfully I placed my order anyway.

I needed my order for an upcoming trip to Death Valley so I paid extra for Priority Shipping but it was shipped via USPS ground select so my items were a day late and I did not receive them in time for my trip.

Nothing but problems from the start, there was a note in my package asking asking me to mention Farpoint on Cloudy Nights In which I’m an active member so I’ll post this on Cloudy Nights too.

I also emailed them since asking for a shipping refund and no response. Buyer beware.
