The Farpoint UBM 5-Pound Counterweight is an extra balance weight for the Universal Binocular Mount. The UBM ships with two 5-lb counterweights — enough for binoculars up to about 80–100mm aperture. For heavier binoculars (100mm+), add one more to restore perfect balance and keep the binocular “floating” effortlessly through the full range of motion.
