Direct replacement leveling screws for current JMI HD Wheeley Bars that use 5/8″ leveling screws — lost one, bent one, or want spares.
The JMI 5/8″ Replacement Leveling Screws are factory-spec replacements for the leveling screws on your HD Wheeley Bar. Each screw is 5/8″ diameter and 10″ long, with the same knurled knob and threaded shaft as the originals. Use them to replace a screw you've lost during transport, a screw you've bent on a curb or rock, or to keep a spare set in your gear case for the inevitable.
This is the 5/8″ version — for current heavy-duty JMI Wheeley Bars that currently use 5/8″ leveling screws. That's HD Medium, HD Large, and HD Shorty. This is a replacement, not an upgrade. Per JMI: these screws do NOT convert a Wheeley Bar currently using 1/2″ leveling screws to 5/8″ screw use. The bar's threaded mount points are sized for one or the other; you can't upgrade by swapping screws alone. Match the Size First
Pull one leveling screw out of your Wheeley Bar and measure the thread diameter with calipers or a ruler before ordering. 5/8″ is the current HD standard — newer HD Medium, HD Large, and HD Shorty bars. 1/2″ is the older standard — Standard Medium and earlier HD model years. Mismatching sizes won't damage anything, but the wrong size won't thread into your bar's mount points.

Buying 5/8″ screws and trying to thread them into a bar with 1/2″ mounts won't work mechanically. Conversion requires modifying the frame, which isn't field-serviceable. Contact support@cxbastro.com to discuss whether your specific bar can be retrofitted at the factory.
Do I need to replace all three at once?
Not strictly — you can mix old and new as long as they're all 5/8″ size. But many observers prefer to replace all three at the same time when one fails, so the bar's leveling characteristics stay consistent across all three legs. The pack of three accommodates either approach.
Does this fit the Triangle Style Wheeley Bar?
