The Battery Pack XL does not fit Medium Wheeley Bars. It only fits HD Medium or HD Large Wheeley Bars. Even then, it won't fit if the legs are close to minimum extension. If that is your situation, consider mounting two Regular Sized Battery Pack Holders instead.
